Jim Owens, Principal
Jim Owens is an environmental policy and
community relations specialist. For more than 27 years, he has
specialized in project management, land use and environmental planning,
strategic planning, public policy development, citizen involvement and intergovernmental
coordination for a wide variety of government agencies, nonprofit
organizations, and private clients.

project management, specializing in ski area developments - Mt. Hood,
White River, Winema, Umpqua, Wallowa and Rogue River National Forests, U.S.
