Who We Are
Susan Davis, Associate
 Susan Davis offers valuable experience with development, planning and project management. She specializes in land use policy, sustainable site development, regulatory analysis and public involvement. Her focus on creative problem-solving and collaboration assures success for her clients in both the public and private sector.
Ms. Davis has a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Oregon and a bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College. Before joining COC, she was a Senior Land Use Planner at WRG/Cardno Ltd, an international development firm specializing in physical and social infrastructure, where she guided a variety of large commercial and residential projects through the development process and designed public outreach efforts on behalf of her clients.

– Specialize in research and interpretation of comprehensive plans, zoning codes, other land use regulations, requirements, and procedures.
Employ considerable expertise in analyzing plans and codes in the context of master plans, vision concepts, specific land use challenges to help clients achieve advanced development objectives.
