Who We Are
Teak Wall, Associate Planner
Teak Wall has a range of planning, facilitation, and community organizing experience. She specializes in land use, transportation planning, especially alternative transportation, and economic development and sustainability planning. Ms. Wall has a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Portland State University and a bachelor of arts in human ecology from the College of the Atlantic Bar, Bar Harbor, Maine. Before joining COC, Ms. Wall was with the Portland Office of Transportation’s Planning Division.

Clackamas County’s Economic Development Committee, including: an economic impact analysis and hospital profiles for hospitals in Clackamas County; and an economic development roadmap for sustainable industries (agriculture, natural resources, renewable energy and green building.)

Great Communities project for Metro, part of its New Look program.

Transportation Growth Management Grant funded projects, including: a Downtown/OR 211 Streetscape Plan for the City of Molalla; an Infill strategy for the City of Weston; and West Linn/OR 43 Conceptual Design Plan.

Larsen Creek Pathway project, a plan for a multi-use trail along Larsen Creek in Medford, Oregon.

Mt. Hood Multi-Modal Transportation Plan for the area of Government Camp.

Clackamas County Complete Communities process to determine governance options for selected unincorporated areas: the Villages at Mt. Hood, Boring and Stafford. Outreach includes community town halls, Web site content, media releases, and fact sheets.

Comprehensive Plan updates for Ada County, Idaho and Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska.

Urban Growth Boundary amendment feasibility study for schools in Hood River, Oregon.
