As subconsultant to an engineering firm, we managed the public involvement and agency coordination to resolve transportation and associated livability problems in the Newberg-Dundee area.  We designed and implemented a program that included an agency/intergovernmental as well as a public involvement process for the Location Environmental Impact Statement (LEIS).  Within that framework, we organized and facilitated stakeholder summit meetings and citizen advisory committee meetings, public hearings, town hall meetings, and public events.  We coordinated media relations; wrote and distributed fact sheets; provided material for the project Web site; responded to citizen inquiries and concerns; and enabled participation by the Latino community.
