We are at the forefront of helping communities select and use the most appropriate sustainability practices, in the U.S. and overseas. Cogan Owens Cogan is a member of Team Oregon, LLC, a business group dedicated to promoting sustainability and developing policies at local and national levels. We have assisted the government of Taiwan to develop national sustainability measures and advised governments and nonprofit organizations in Thailand. Arnold Cogan led the development of the foundation for Oregon's nationally recognized land use planning program and was the first Director of the state Department of Land Conservation and Development. Robert Wise is a recognized leader in sustainable development. He is the founding Chair of the Sustainable Development Commission of Portland and Director of Team Oregon's global projects in sustainable planning, design, and development.
