Managed Team Oregon, LLC, a consortium of Cogan Owens Cogan, an engineering firm, architect and landscape architect, to develop sustainable development policies and guidelines for Tainan City, Taiwan; and apply them to plans for a new ecological school, sewage treatment system, and river clean-up and beautification projects.  The project was funded through a grant from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency.
