Established in 1975, Cogan Owens Cogan, LLC (COC) is a multi-disciplinary firm of planners, public process experts and other professionals providing integrated services in planning, sustainability and community engagement. Members of our firm helped launch the Oregon land use planning system and are acknowledged leaders in sustainable development. We provide high-quality services and products to a variety of public, private and nonprofit clients. We work collaboratively within our firm and with our clients, bringing a wide variety of skills, perspectives and knowledge to bear on every unique effort. We have been honored with awards and recognition over the years for our leadership in the design and implementation of successful planning and public engagement programs. COC is located in downtown Portland, Oregon and is comprised of 10 dedicated staff.
