Dear Friends:

We are pleased to announce two important events in the life of Cogan Owens Cogan:

Jim Owens is back.  After a successful sojourn in the Virgin Islands where he created the first commercial services and vessel management plans for the Virgin Islands National Park, Jim is home, ready and eager to get to work.  We all know and appreciate his keen ability to manage complex projects.  He will be calling on many of you soon to get reacquainted.  In the meantime, give him a ring, 503-225-0192.

WE HAVE BEEN HONORED WITH A NATIONAL AWARD.  Elaine Cogan and Kirstin Greene received the annual Public Education Award from the American Planning Association.  The honor is for Complete Communities for Clackamas County, an ambitious project we designed and managed that engaged the hearts and minds of thousands of citizens in that growing area in the Portland region.  You can read more about it in the enclosed article from Planning magazine.  Download  Article

We are pleased to share this good news and excited about continuing to work with you.
