Oversaw the planning progress in 21 Columbia River subbasins, including the John Day Subbasin, providing statewide coordination, contract administration, and process facilitation.

The subbasin planning program establishes priorities for mitigating fish and wildlife damage caused by federal dams in the Columbia Basin and guides the allocation of the Bonneville Power Administration’s annual budget for fish and wildlife projects in the region. Also staffed the Oregon Subbasin Planning Coordination Group – comprised of tribal and agency representative – that provided guidance on the planning process, approved work plans and completed subbasin plans, and provided technical assistance to local planning processes.
