COC Receives WBE Status

We are thrilled to have received our certification as a Woman Business Enterprise (woman-owned business) by the State of Oregon. This follows the Emerging Small Business certification we received earlier this year. Kirstin Greene holds majority ownership as COC Managing Principal with Principal Jim Owens and Associate Principal Bob Wise.
