Planning

Planning is a dynamic, responsive and never-ending process. It is concerned with allocating available resources to support anticipated future activities and events. Planning is essential as resources of people, time and money are limited and never sufficient. COC supports the concept of "backcasting," a system of planning in which a successful outcome is imagined in the future, followed by the question, "What do we need to do today to reach that successful outcome?" This is often more effective than forecasting, which tends to present a limited range of opinions based on current data. Our planners are skilled practitioners, working with our clients to customize approaches that work for them. We are committed to playing this role for each field of planning we specialize in.
