COC provides consulting services for a variety of park and recreation planning efforts, including managing community-wide park and recreation master or comprehensive plans, specific facility plans, public involvement efforts for park plans, park management plans, and financing and district formation studies. We understand park and recreational planning issues, including level-of-service standards, classification systems, programming needs, maintenance and operation cost issues, and community needs. We also have extensive experience preparing federal and state environmental permitting documents related to parks plans.
