COC facilitates meetings and planning processes that bring together diverse stakeholders to build consensus, resolve issues, deal with differing views and ideas, and resolve complex issues. We are proud of our collaborative problem-solving within an environment of teamwork, open communication and respect. In facilitating these processes, we:

• Develop clear, manageable agendas.
• Keep groups focused on the tasks at hand.
• Ensure that all members have an opportunity to participate.
• Assist people to arrive at consensus on agreed upon goals and strategies.

We are increasingly involved in designing and managing public information and involvement projects whose success requires meaningful outreach to non-English speaking people and other minority groups. To facilitate our efforts, we have relationships with specialists who have the appropriate skills and community connections.
